Build Quality is excellent, the heating ability isn't. I use a 400ml mug and our temperatures at present in winter is between 10c and 15c the "New Coffee Mug Cup Warmer" barely keeps the contents of the mug luke warm. Maybe if you covered the mug, it might get slightly warmer, Or using a standard size mug. I don't Consider your needs and situation before purchasing. The unit really needs a 3rd temperature setting.
Doesn't really keep your drink warm unless the bottom of the mug is completely flushed to it. Most of my mugs have a rim on the bottom so despite having the temperature on the highest it was only lukewarm at best
